Allen Clardy is an upstate native and has 15 years experience practicing law.  He lives in Greenville with his wife and their three children.  Allen was recently selected to be included in the American Trial Lawyers Association Top 100 Lawyers in South Carolina and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates’ Forum.  Allen is an avid sportsman and also coaches his son’s soccer team.  Allen deals exclusively with personal injury cases. David Hartman grew up in Columbia, South Carolina, but now lives in Greenville with his wife and son.  David and his family are members of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Greenville.  He has seven years of litigation experience and was previously a prosecutor in Pickens County.  David also has prior experience representing insurance companies, which gives him a better understanding of the process, now that he fights those same companies for his clients.  David is also a passionate fan of the Washington Redskins.  David represents clients with personal injuries and workers compensation claims. David is a member of the South Carolina Bar’s Ethics Committee and Professional Responsibility Committee.  He is also volunteer at Upstate Mediation Center, where he is a member of the marketing committee.
